We do like new deliveries, we’re like kids on Christmas Eve, ripping the boxes open with wild abandon!!

The new arrivals at ToyToyjac towers, includes Zooloretto, a board game based around creating your very own zoo!! (how cool?) – ‘Each player uses small, large, wild and exotic animals and their young to try and attract as many visitors as possible to their zoo. But be careful – the zoo must be carefully planned’. For 2-5 players aged 8+ it’s a great family game, and a Winner of 2007 Spiel des Jahre (the board-game world’s top award) to boot!!

Other new goodies include restocks of other Board Games, as well as some new expansions (‘Zombies!!! 3 Mall Walkers’ anyone?!), Sonic and Marvel Tomy Gacha danglers, and some card games, including the hilarious Crap Trumps!!

With new releases for Magic Gathering, Pokemon, and YuGiOh! in the next week or so, we’ve got plenty of over excited sleepless nights ahead!!! Sweet dreams

Keep it secret, but we check the figures…..

Back to school and all is well :0 !!

The new Gears of War Heroclix arrived, we’ve got Marvel Mega Bloks foil packs (to go with the Hello Kitty, and Halo figure packs (when available!)), and Gachas of all flavours….. A little secret is we always check against duplication – the Gacha and Heroclix single figure boxes we carefully open and check, the Mega Bloks figure packs are easier (they have a code along the edge of the packets!)…. Where possible we always send different characters, we realise these things can get expensive when collecting, but then you’ve got to realise some figures are a lot more common than others, so full sets are virtually impossible most of the time when, for example, there is 1 ultra rare Halo Mega Bloks Series 3 figure per box!! But we do try, honest

We’ve had loads of new arrivals recently, including some of the new Uglydolls for 2011 (hurrah) – We think they’re the best bunch of Uglies for a couple of years, meet Groody (above)….. new Pokemon Boosters, Yu-Gi-Oh! 2011 Wave 1 Collectors Tins (these are going to be like rocking horse doo-dah – we got 3 cases (36 tins) and we’re down to a few – sold out at most distributors, and no re-print till 2012!!)….

Gacha prices seem to be following Gold prices!!!

We’re certainly living in pretty uncertain times at the moment, and the safest bet for your money seems to be in Gold….. We’ve had a restock on a few bits, and we’ve got some more Gacha in (the Mario ones have always been popular in shop) – but the prices have risen to around £3 per Gacha retail!! from £2 just a while back…… How they justify these prices is beyond us, someone down the line is ‘taking the mickey’ we think, but we’ve had to increase the prices on some lines otherwise we’d be losing money on them at the old price….

Gacha? Ask your Bank Manager before purchasing!!!

Loads of goodies incoming over the next few weeks, with Heroclix, and Heroes – Legend of the Battle Disks, and new Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokemon releases, and also new Anime goodies arriving soon, and the new Uglydolls!! It’s going to be a great August, be good, and stay coooool ….

Mario Kart Gachatronics

Happy Holidays….

As the UK breaks up for Easter, we wish you all very happy break , and good luck if you’re studying hard this holiday for exams coming up (we’re sure you’ll all be ok!! – just do your best, and don’t get too stressed!).

The new website should be live anytime, we’ll be doing the member draw this weekend – Winners will receive YoYoFactory and Hello Kitty goodies. Loads of stuff restocked for Easter, not many new items – but as always the Gacha’s have been flying out …. And we’ve plenty of orders lined up.

What does Easter mean too you? We’ll leave it to a quote from Jim Morrison – “I will not go, prefer a feast of friends to the giant family…”

PS, Don’t believe the weather forecasts, the East Coast here hasn’t been too bad (and it probably won’t be as bad as they’re predicting!! It never is what they say) – so come and say ‘Hi!’, we’ll be open every day apart from Sunday

Easter Eggs…No Chocolate!!!

Easter is fast approaching…..New look website should be ‘live’ sometime next week (although the designer finished the design last week, apparantly he then has to convert it, and then the e-commerce guys have to take this and apply it which takes a while – don’t ask us, we don’t understand it, we just pay the bills!! But it’s looking good, and we’re very pleased – So thanks to John and David )…

Next week we’ll be stocking up on Gacha (yes those none chocolate eggs), and one or two other fun items, when the website goes ‘live’ we’ll be sending out a newsletter to all customers (as well as 10% discount, we’ll be having some special prize draws - YoYoFactory YoYo, Full set of of Hello Kitty Animal Costume Gacha, and 1 customer will receive their order for free!! )….

But then don’t forget, apparently Chocolate is good for you (the ‘white coat’ guys say so) – So if you treat someone this Easter, maybe you should get them chocolate as well!!!
